Sourdough is our essence, it’s what’s made us famous as the smell of freshly baked sourdough wafts upstairs on a morning and greets our well rested guests.

If you want to share the Sourdough passion then we’d love to start you on your journey. Courses are individual and private so if we have the availability just phone and book.

After the course you’ll depart with your freshly made sourdough, course notes in a folder and a pot of your own starter to name and care for like a new family member! Should you get stuck when starting your journey at home Pascal offers a lifetime guarantee of support and is always at the end of the phone though it’s rare that people need him. Be sure to send us your photos of your new creations!

 

Suitable for beginners or refreshers

Having mastered the art of sourdough it’s not a huge jump of the imagination to start trying other sourdough methods. Our Italian breads course will allow you to try sourdough focaccia and Sourdough ciabatta rolls, always a crowd pleaser with friends and family!

 

Suitable for seasoned sourdough bakers.

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a cup of tea and a piece of stollen in front of the fire! Forget the dried out heavy bought stollen from supermarkets, learn how to make a moist and delicious stollen with homemade marzipan paste and be the star of any family Christmas!
