Whilst we mostly cater for an omnivore audience, we are extremely proud to offer what we believe is an exciting offering to our Vegan Guests and wanted to share this with you.
Catering for a Vegan diet gives Pascal an exciting opportunity to be more creative with his breakfasts.
Subject to Seasonal availability we can offer the following;
Local Chargrilled English Asparagus
with a locally foraged watercress vegan pesto.
A fricassee of Wild Mushrooms on Toasted Sourdough
with truffle dust
Homemade Chipotle Baked Bean
on toasted Sourdough
Crushed Avocado on Toasted Sourdough
with a Pistachio Crumb, tomato concasse and 12 yr aged Balsamic.
We ask that you let us know your dietary requirements prior to your arrival as we don’t keep all the ingredients in stock all the time.
We will offer you Oat milk or Soya at the point of booking and your canapés and biscuit treats will also be vegan.
